Hawaiian Rolls

Directions
Ingredients
- In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients, Make sure it is mixed well
- In a seperate bowl combine the wet ingredients, starting with the milk and pineapple juice, followed by the eggs
- Add wet ingredients to the flour mix in mixer bowl. Using dough hook mix until the dough doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl
- Place dough in an oiled bowl and cover and let rise for two hours
- Punch dough down and remove from bowl onto clean surface (cutting board works)
- Oil/spray baking pan.
- Form balls of dough. about 60 grams each and place in baking pan.
- Cover and let rise for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
- Brush tops with egg wash (egg, milk and honey)
- Loosely cover with aluminum foil (spray so it doesn't stick to tops of rolls and bake for 45 minutes at 350
- Remove foil and cover with a little extra egg wash and bake for additional 10 mins or until tops reach desired color.
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 T melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 6 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t yeast
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
