Hawaiian Rolls

Serves:24 rolls          Cook Time: 55 minutes

Directions
Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients, Make sure it is mixed well
  2. In a seperate bowl combine the wet ingredients, starting with the milk and pineapple juice, followed by the eggs
  3. Add wet ingredients to the flour mix in mixer bowl. Using dough hook mix until the dough doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl and cover and let rise for two hours
  5. Punch dough down and remove from bowl onto clean surface (cutting board works)
  6. Oil/spray baking pan.
  7. Form balls of dough. about 60 grams each and place in baking pan.
  8. Cover and let rise for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
  9. Brush tops with egg wash (egg, milk and honey)
  10. Loosely cover with aluminum foil (spray so it doesn't stick to tops of rolls and bake for 45 minutes at 350
  11. Remove foil and cover with a little extra egg wash and bake for additional 10 mins or until tops reach desired color.
